In addition to the expert design service and installation your project is managed efficiently by the friendly office and showroom staff who you will deal with from your initial enquiry through consultation, installation and after sales care.  Assistance with registration for financial incentive schemes is provided as standard.

Ecofurb (UK) Ltd prides itself on its informative approach.  In order to assure our customers we like to provide a guide on what service to expect when an enquiry is made:

1     One of our team will receive your enquiry, this can be using our Enquiry Form , via email , over the telephone, in writing or in person at ourshowroom.

2     You will then be contacted to have an informal conversation to discuss your requirements and if you wish to book an appointment either in the showroom or home (the latter is needed to carry out a survey in order to provide a quote).

3     Your home appointment (or site visit) will take approximately one  hour.  During this appointment we will carry out a site survey to assess the suitability of your electrical system and/or plumbing system, the roof structure (or other supporting structure) and roof survey.   This will enable us to establish whether or not your property is suitable for solar or the renewable energy product of your choice.  We will also explain in further detail the types of systems, how they work, the range of products available and the financial incentive schemes and what kind of return you can expect from these schemes. 

4     Following this appointment we will then prepare a detailed written quotation for you and system specification using specialist software for the system(s) that you have requested.  We will also provide you with a SAP estimate which provides you with an estimated generation figure (kWh), reduction in CO2 (KG) and a financial forecast for the incentive scheme relating to the system.  The quote will then be yours to consider without pressure.  We will always follow up our quotes with a telephone call to provide you with the opportunity to raise any questions that you may have and to receive feedback but please note that we do not advocate pressure sales and you will not be bombarded with constant telephone calls.
